The bottle was recorked a few years ago and was in great shape. Lightly goden colour. Pretty nose. Complex and to me a very typical
example of the Trittenheim area. Mineral, smokey. Petrol. Some dried flowers. Blackcurrant. Sweetish and slim style for an auslese. Yet
a very concentrated wine. Very clea and precise fruit. Mineral. Lightly smokey. Blackcurrant. Aged and complex. Little botrytis.
Transparent style. Fine and refreshing acidity, long taste. Citrus and minerality on the finish. Great wine on top now.
