Tasting notes

Yellow colour. Fine nose with hints of petrol, honey, blackcurrant, minerality. A little rustic and typical of Trittenheim. Powerful spätlese halbtrocken in the mouth. Also a little sweet for the halbtrocken-name. But with a very fine acidity and balance. Very fine mouthfeel. Some fat from the concentration. Fine and a little evolved fruit. Hints of petrol, honey, minerals. Still quite a slim wine and typical for this area of the Mosel. A little lemony finish. Good length. Drins fine now, but can age another 3-4 years. Fine wine from Milz-Laurentiushof.
