Light brick-red colour. Pretty nose. Exotic woods, floral notes, tobacco, red berries. Good complexity. Light and linear nebbiolo
in the mouth. Acidic and elegant mouthfeel. Fruit shows tobacco and florality. Hints of exotic wood. Quite mature and drinkable.
Some bitterness on the finish, which I find typical of Valtellina. To me it is a bit too much in this wine. Some tannins on the
finish. Fully mature now, but will keep. Very good wine, but I preferred the '90.
