Tasting notes
Transparent red colour. Nice and typical pelaverga in the nose with hints of cherries and spices. But also a hint of caramel. In the
mouth this is a powerful and fruity pelaverga. Fuller than normal and with fine acids and slight rustiv dryness in the finish.
Alcohol is decently balanced. The only problem here is the notes of caramel in the finish. Perhaps due to the ripeness?? Otherwise a
fine Pelaverga. Drink slightly chilled.
