Tasting Notes


Lightly golden colour. Fine broad nose with hints of biscuits, sweet bread, chalk, slight coffee and cirtus. Some chardonnay-notes, but mostly pn-dominated. In the mouth this has a good body. Complex and evolved with more citrus-notes and chalk. Still PN-dominated and broad old-fashioned fruit. The acid is very fine and gives the wine great structure and length. Very fine Champagne indeed that works well as a food-wine.
