This was a mature and very nice vin santo in the rustic and oxidative style. Still it shows a fine core of fruit and a glorious
structure. Copper-brown colour. Complex nose. Hints of nuts, spices old dust, citrus and faded flowers. Fullbodied wine in the mouth
with still good concentration of fruits. Some sweetness, but less than expected. Lot of rustic and oxidative nutty aromas, but also a
core of something finer; citrus, flowers and orange-peel. Great acidic structure. A little high alcohol in the finish. Some
bitter-elements in the finish. Long taste.
