Deep red, lightly bricking colour. Pretty nose of a classic and traditionally made Vino nobile. Hints of anise, animal fur, some cherries,
some fine floral notes. Medium bodied and highly mature vino nobile in the mouth. But the fruit is still there. Evolved and complex. Shows
more with some air. Anise, animal fur, florality. Some old woods, but quite focused and clear style. Medium acidity for this grape. Long
and dry finish with still quite some tannins showing. This was a very good bottle of wine that is still drinking wolderfully. But at it's
peak now, so drink up.
