Yellow colour. Pretty nose. Complex. Hints of apricot, wax, honey, smoke and minerals. Fullbodied wine in the mouth with good
concentration. A little fat. Mature, seems on top now. Fine unoaked fruit. Complex with hints of apricot and wax. Smoke and a
minerality that tells the origins of this wine. Fine acidity and good length. Wins a little with air to show more smoke and
minerality. This seems to be a perfect drinking-time.
