Red colour. Fruity Volnay on the nose. Red berries, rasberries, some floral notes. Some anise and tobacco. With air it opens up
more and shows better complexity. Medium bodied and at first a soft Volnay for d'Angerville. With air it tightens up a bit. Still fruity
and round and kind style. Still transparent style. Lots of rasberries, light floral notes. Hints of anise and tobacco. Some minerality.
Fine acidity and soft tannins in the back. A nice wine, but a little softer and fruitier than what I am used to from d'Angerville.
Very good for it's purity.
