Tasting notes
Red colour. Nose shows anise, minerality, tar. Some cherries. Little oak. Traditional style. Quite fullbodied and nicely concentrated
spätburgunder. Tar, spice and minerality. Rustic touch. The anti-elegance of pinot noir. Yet this shows a lot of interest and depth
in the mouth. Good acidity. Spicey and almost biting minerality in the back. A little tannins showing. Drinking well now. Interesting
and very different spätburgunder with a personality.
