Copper colour. The nose shows mushrooms, botrytis, petrol, citrus, some flowers. There is a light depth and minerality
in this complex and rather typical '76-like nose. Fullbodied and sweetish Rheingau in the mouth. Some fat. Honeyed and
botrytis in the fruit. Complex, but with rot-like aromas and hints og mushrooms and tea-leafs. Not the cleanest
botrytis. The acidity is quite refreshing for the vintage and the finish shows quite high amount of dry-extract which
gives the wine a certain dryness and good structure. Slight bitterness in the finish. Mature, but will keep. Good.
