Very light straw colour. Typical Prüm-stink on the nose at first. Reductive and sulphury. Some apples, sweet flowers and slate. Sweetish
and fine kabinett in the mouth. Fuller than expected for this vintage. Sweet style. Quite open and drinkable fruit right now. Tempting
with it’s fine sweet flowers and apples and slateyness. Clear and precise style. Typical. Great kabinett that surprises a little with
it’s fullness.

Straw-greenish colour. Very cool riesling on the nose. Slate, snow, sulphure, apples, reductive notes. Powerful and sweet kabinett
in the mouth. Great and cool fruit. Slatey, mineral. Green apples and flowers. The is pure and very typical to both producer and
site. Pretty acidity. Very fine structure. Hints of green apple-peel on the finish. Good length. Young. Drinkable now, but this is
a kabinett that will age very well. Try again in 3-4 years.
