Lightly amberish colour. The nose shows old woods, dried flowers, mineral, slate. Powerful and sweet spätlese in the mouth. Highly
traditionally made Mosel-riesling with old woody aromas and concentrated fruit. Honey, citrus-notes. Slate. Obviously a good einzellage.
Fine depth. Good acidity for this vintage. Still it falls down as a bit heavy and sweet. A touch of underripe floweryness and citrus in
the finish. Good. Has the stuffing to last, but it will not be better.
