Straw colour. Stoney and mineral nose with a slight background of tropical elements. Some citrus. Shows more complexity after a couple
of hours of air. Slim and dry Prüm-wine in the mouth. Very light sweetness. Slim, mineral mouthfeel. Hints of stone, slate. Citrus.
Well-evolved and interesting. Refreshing acidity. Quite long and dry finish. Very good Sonnenuhr from Prüm, but there are better
efforts from this producer. Drinks well now, but can probably age further.
