Yellow, lightly golden, colour. Mature nose. At first some oxidative caramel-notes that are off-putting. But with air it clears up
a bit. It reveals fine floral and mineral depth. Hints of earth. Acidic and dry weissburgunder in the mouth. The fruit is mature.
Some of the unfresh oxidative elements remains, but it also shows very nice minerality. Great depth and hints of dried flowers.
Typical very dry style for this producer with good acidity and length. Good wine, but needs drinking now.
