Yellow colour, lightly brown. Seems mature on the nose. Hints of mineral, petrol, citrus, underripe florality. Sweetish riesling auslese
in the mouth with great balance. Highly Saar-like steely acidity. The fruit is lightly mineral, underripe, greenish. Vinified on the
traditional side. Nice, although perhaps not the deepest fruit. Very fine acidity and length. This is a winner for it's great balance
and structure. One of the best wines I have had from Reverchon.
