Light straw colour. Fresh and flowery nose. Hints of citrus and slate. Green apples. Slim, acidic and sweetish Riesling spätlese in the
mouth. This is a slimmer version of this wine than normal. Underripe fruit. Fine minerality. Hints of green apples, citrus, some
flowers. High and cleansing acids. Good length. Hint of green apples on the finish. Very good wine that should be enjoyed for it’s
refreshing qualities.
