Straw/greenish colour. Underripe flowery riesling-nose with a stoney feel and hints of minerality. Dry and quite elegant wine in the mouth.
Polished riesling. Flowery, stoney, mineral fruit. Very fine. Round style with fine acidity. Good length. Young riesling in a very fine
style, but I keep thinking it is a bit too polished. Making it simpler and lacking a bit in character.
