Straw/greenish colour. Fine nose. Hints of seaweed, minerality, apples. Pure and underripe style. Very elegant silvaner in the mouth. Mineral
and appley wine with hints of seaweed and a light touch of sweetness that rounds off the wine. Clean and pure style. Polished - almost too
polished, making the wine a little simpler than necessary. Fine acidity. Round and kind wine with medium length. This is greatly elegant
and pure in style. But a little boring in it's highly polished style. Good.
