Light straw/greenish colour. Light for an auslese. Typical Prüm-nose of sulphure and yeast. Cool snow-like feeling underneath. Lots
of minerality. Apples and tropical notes. Fullbodied in the mouth. Intense wine. Sweet. Slatey fruit. Sweet flowers and tropical
notes. Lots of minerality. A lot clearer and more open in the mouth. Fine acidity. Crisp style. Good length. Citrusy finish with
hints of green apples. Young and structured wine. Great. Give it another 3-4 years.
